Deposit
General Rule: For unfurnished the deposit is equal to one and a half times the monthly rent.
For furnished the deposit is equal to two months' rent For pets add an amount equal to half a month's rent
Check Out Fees
On checking out of a property there are additional fees based on the size of the property. These fees are calculated at a rate of £25.00 + VAT per furnished room, and £12.50 + VAT per unfurnished room.
Additional Fees
£58.75 for any letters sent in relation to rent arrears (£50+VAT) £25 for duplicates of any original documents.
